Powell and Dent-Micallef (1997) categorized organizational resources as human, business,
and technology. Human resource relates to people and ambiance of organizations, including
culture, communication, consensus, CEO commitment, and strategy integration. Business
resource relates to process and policy, including supplier relationship, training, process,
and performance benchmarks. Technology resource includes computer hardware and
software. For our study, technology resource can be incorporated by system quality, thus
we applied the two dimensions to our model: human and business resources.
