I enjoy Yoga. It’s the acitivity that I am doing at the moment. I found it’s good for health and mind. When I am free from work I go jogging in a park This is another way i excercise. When I have a holiday I like to organize a trip to visit interesting places in Thailand or do things like hiking, camping or just to spend time in nature. I enjoy badminton and bowling too. If somedays i just want to relax, then I’ll just simply watch a movie or reading a book at home.
