In case of goods damaged problem in the last couple month. We inform our customer about when open the containers, they have to take a picture of a goods inside container. We got complaint from many customer ( CAS , RT , SCG ) that last 2-3 month , the load of container are substandard. The issue such as creasing paper on a pack, a torn of paper on packaging, damaged from forklift fork, and palate falling. About palate falling may cause an accident to a staff who open the container. Normally in case of damaged from forklift fork or package damaged we always talk with customer to compromise and go to see the problem by ourselves.
