The milk production in Egypt is through two major sectors; traditional and special sector, which contribute about 71.8% and 28.2% from total milk production, respectively. The previous studies indicate that there are problems reducing the efficiency of milk marketing system in Egypt, generally and in Sharkia governorate specially. Thus may be show through what the mediators obtain from the. consumer's pound, although they offer the minimum of marketing services, this reflects negatively on the producers behavior in breeding more milk animals, so the milk gap remains still. The study depended upon secondary data, publication and UN. publication, besides primary data was collected by questionnaire from and also interview with producers and dealers through January 2012 to covering season 2010/2011.
