In thispaper, anoptimizationtechniqueformedium-highfrequencydynamicproblems
basedonStatisticalEnergyAnalysis(SEA)methodispresented.UsingaSEAmodel,the
subsystemenergiesarecontrolledbyinternallossfactors(ILF)andcouplinglossfactors
(CLF), whichinturndependonthephysicalparametersofthesubsystems.Apreliminary
sensitivityanalysisofsubsystemenergytoCLF'sisperformedtoselectCLF'sthataremost
effectiveonsubsystemenergies.Sincetheinjectedpowerdependsnotonlyonthe
externalloadsbutonthephysicalparametersofthesubsystemsaswell,itmustbetaken
intoaccountundercertainconditions.Thisisaccomplishedintheoptimizationprocedure,
whereapproximaterelationshipsbetweenCLF's,injectedpowerandphysicalparameters
are derived.Theapproachisappliedonatypicalaeronauticalstructure:thecabinofa
