Support and update of employee information/database in HRIS
• Monitor personnel and pay records of employees to ensure accuracy of such records with payroll and benefit system
• Handle Training matters in order to create learning environment organization.
• Prepare and update weekly reports for management in relation to compensation & benefit and training.
• Performing various other projects and assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Having 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment in an area of human resources such as recruitment, training, employee relations and/or compensation & benefits.
• Good command of both spoken & written English.
• Computer literate and a good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Mature with logical thinking, and good problem solving skills with “can do” attitude
• Able to handle multiple-tasks and good at prioritizing
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and communications skills, attention to detail and service mind.
Note : Work Location is at Rojana Industrial Park Ayutthaya
