Go behind the scenes at Westons Cider and discover how your favourite cider is made …
Westons Cider has been lovingly produced in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle for over 130 years. Nestling on a gentle hillside amongst apple and perry pear orchards, ‘The Bounds’, with its 400 year old farmhouse, is the centre piece to a unique day out for all the family to enjoy.
The Visitor Centre Shop, set in a beautifully restored courtyard of farmyard buildings, is open every day so you are able to purchase your favourite Westons ciders or perries . You can also join a GUIDED MILL TOUR.
Greeted by our experienced tour guides you will be taken behind the scenes and through the heart of this thriving cider mill. Hear how cider is produced, from the planting of our orchards to the moment our premium cider is poured into a glass. Experience the tranquil and fragrant vat shed, housing our historic oak vats, still being used today. After your tour you will have the opportunity to sample, free, our ciders and perries (over 18’s only).
Mill Tours are held at 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm and 3.30pm every day. Please phone 01531 660108 for more information and to book (booking is advisable because we get very busy, particularly at weekends).
