Dear all
Regarding the new rental item “HF Concrete Vibrator” that we have requested you to suspend rental,
please be informed that now we can START Rental and delivery to your customer.
782058 HF Concrete Vibrator 1Ph 200V (Motor)
782059 HF Concrete Vibrator φ30 x 6m
782061 HF Concrete Vibrator φ40 x 6m
782063 HF Concrete Vibrator φ50 x 6m
***In the attached maker (Mikasa)’s PDF, it is specified that input Voltage is Single – Phase 200V.
We have reported Mikasa that in Thailand, Single – Phase input Voltage varies from 220 – 240V or more, which
can be considered as over Voltage if we just see the spec.
However yesterday, Mikasa replied us with their final confirmation that
“There is no problem for using this machine with Thailand’s input Voltage 220 – 240V or more, for long and continuous time.
The machine is built to withstand input Voltage up to 270V and has a protection device to stop the machine (motor)
at 270V, with RED Warning Light.” Later on we will receive the official notification letter from Mikasa.
We have pasted the attached Sticker to all the machines, for explanation about the RED Warning Light.
The Warning Light changes depending on the input Voltage level:
Green Light: input Voltage is 200V
Green Blinking Light: input Voltage is over 200V – 240V ( You can still use the machine and continue work)
Orange Blinking Light: input Voltage is over 240V ( You can still use the machine and continue work)
Red Blinking Light: input Voltage is over 270V (The machine stops automatically, must stop working)
