Seller shall prepare and submit to Buyer, in accordance with Annex I, a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for Buyer’s approval that includes all relevant elements of applicable quality specifications imposed by this Agreement, as defined in Annex I, which plan shall be maintained to reflect current and updated quality assurance policies, practices and procedures throughout the life of the Agreement. The quality assurance procedure shall define the method for controlling records that are created by and/or retained by Seller. Such records shall be available for review by Buyer and regulatory authorities for a minimum period of seven (7) years, (or any other period) if defined in the Specification – Annex II herein), from their generation. Any such review will be subject to a prior coordination. All changes to the QAP shall be submitted to Buyer for approval prior to implementation.
