A User notifies a complaint to Uniplaces: If the complaint is considered to be valid by Uniplaces, Uniplaces will decide (in its absolute discretion) on the amount to be refunded to the User. For the avoidance of doubt, Uniplaces will not consider making a refund where the User is in material breach of the Terms of Service. For a complaint to be considered valid by Uniplaces (acting reasonably), the User shall notify Uniplaces within 24 hours after the Move In Date of such complaint and cooperate with Uniplaces. The User has to prove that the Accommodation has materially different conditions from the ones advertised on our Website.
