TOOLS AND ACTIONS
The real challenge is not defining the learning organization but making it happen. The learning organization is not a goal to be achieved but a way of thinking about what an organization needs to be like in order to ensure its survival and success in the future. The tools developed in the project were designed to help an organization to identify whether it is making good use of the learning potential and opportunities available to it, and, if not, what to do about it.
The project created workshop designs, exercises, questionnaires and diagnostic instruments, i.e. a collection of tools, structured around ten key actions, not all of which may be necessary for a user, or pursued in a specific order.
