Deliver and implement effective HR strategy including recruitment, training, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, and Employee Relation to Big C stores (10 - 12 stores/ area)
Work closely with the Store HR Manager and operational teams to identify HR needs and implement the HR strategy across divisions
Inspect/ audit and enforce a HR Policy to Store HR Manager into a lawful practice
Improve the annual HR plan and enhance HR Store Manager to provide more HR professional support to all Big C’s store employees
Ensure target candidates are acquired to fulfill company vacancies within time line
Provide effective advice regarding corporate/ technical training to improve individual and corporate capability
Responsible for salary and benefit reviewing, closely working with corporate Compensation & Benefit team to improve competitive pay structure
Conduct proficient employee relations including disciplinary and grievances, and HR communications activities
Ensure compliance regarding HR regulations and policies are aligned with related law and business changes
Utilize and manage relevant cost & budget
