Due to their novel properties such as superior specific
area, fine conductivity, perfect catalytic activity and nice
biocompatibility, the AuNPs has been widely used as electrode
materials for the development of biosensors [39,40].
Room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) has been widely
used in electrochemical biosensors due to its high ionic
conductivity and well biocompatibility [41]. It was found
that RTIL could improve the dispersion of Gp that
render the RTIL-Gp to realize the DET of glucose oxidase
[42].
