Following receipt of your instructions, we attended the Insured’s office at Bangkachao where we met and discussed the matter with Khun Apichai Sriarunluck, the Insured’s Manager and Khun Chonticha Amornrattanachaikul, the corporate coordinator of the Insured.
The purpose of this meeting was for a briefing surrounding the circumstances of loss where Khun Apichai informed us that, they were advised from their customer in USA on Tuesday 5th May 2015 that the customer would like to recall all products of the Insured. Owing to their customer were advised that the owner of cats in USA bought the product of the Insured after its ate, its already sick and die. The customer will check the Insured’s product (cat food). They found the ratio of Vitamin D in the Insured’s products is more than a standard. They will notify the primary problem to the Insured.
