Dear Beverly,
Thank you for your reply. When can you confirm the design so we can start production? Actually. We understand the procedures for BALSF since we have worked with you and previously with MC Living. I think there is some communication gap about terminology for example: “sign-back sample.”
This is my understanding from the past. Every time we produce a product for BALSF for the first time only, you require us to send production samples now you call this “shipment sample” to Hong Kong and Japan. Now I understand this “shipment sample” will be checked by you and then sent back to Siam Karat for their QC inspection but now I think you call this “sign-back sample.”
In summary please clarify your terminology:
• PP sample.
o means pre-production sample for use with photography and spec sheet. Correct?
• Shipment sample
o same as production sample. Must send 1 set to HK and 1 set to Japan with approved POS labels – correct?
• Sign back sample
o is this separate from shipment sample?
o Is this for Siam Karat or for us to keep as reference?
• Keep reference sample.
o Is this the same as shipment sample?
o This for HK and Japan to keep or for us?
After these points are clarified then your instructions will be clear.
Now checking about the artwork and will revert.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you and best regards,
