Sorry for delay response and sorry for this case We are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible so as not to affect to all customer so we think that there should be a barcode scanner product and delivery system in the electronics (POD)will have tracking and driver can take a picture of all the product and auto send it back to MEIKO admin by email but now they are in the process of testing and will be available soon. And we will resolve with the call tracking before starting it for a long term and will update to your team again in the next monthly meeting.
