2.7 ICBCTL shall maintain a written business continuity plan, containing procedures for the continued performance of the Services in the event of a disaster or other failure that results in a significant interruption of the Services. The business continuity plan shall include recovery time objectives, resumption operating capacities and escalation, activation and crisis management procedures that are clearly defined. ICBCTL shall regularly test its business continuity plan with respect to the Services and shall notify the Bank of the test results, if so requested by the Bank. In the event that ICBCTL makes a significant change to its business continuity plan that could affect the Services, it will notify the Bank of such change as soon as practicable.
