Job Description :-
1. To supports technology projects include ensuring quality, timeliness and proper use of HR information retrieved from systems, reviewing and prioritizing system maintenance and creating enhancement requests for HR module.
2. To Prepares and submits the staff information report and monthly HRIS report.
3. To works on problems of various scopes where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors
4. Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvement via the use of technology
5. To prepare reports for employee data contained in the HRIS in response to requests from users within Human Resources and from users in other functions
6. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :-
1. Age between 25 - 30 years. Degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field
2. Knowledge of software including integrations of HR, web base, general ledger and budget modules.
3. Knowledge obtained through a minimum of 2 years experience in the following areas: report writing, querying, and data analysis, HRIS, People Soft , Power Vision or database management, web page design and maintenance, digital records management
4. Own ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot computers in local area network equipment
5. Proficiency in office automation application
6. Knowledge of HR processes is preferred
7. Proficiency in English communication skills.
