60-30 Shuttle Run
This exercise helps develop speed and endurance.
Put two markers 15 feet apart, they could be lines drawn with chalk or strings on the ground. Stand with the outside hand on one of the markers. Sprint as quickly as possible to the other marker and touch it with the other hand, then Sprint back to the original marker. Repeat this process to see how many touches you can get in 60 seconds.
