1. Production planning control
- Check the availability of raw materials and components.
- Prepare MO.Injection (CPIM1), Sanding (CPIM1), Assembly (CPIM2) and Packing (CPIM2)
- Prepare weekly plan for CPIM1 and 2.
- Check and follow up the availability of finished goods.
- Keep data of output from every line in excel.
- Follow up with Supervisor for part rework and send to SOR. for plating.
- Print sticker for part that injection at CPIM1 and line EUROJet, and support K'Nut for print sticker when he stop working.
2. Purchasing
- Control PO's for KBK (Aluminium only), SUPERSHINE, KK PART and SOR. in Excel.
- Issue PR to every supplier in winspeed and send to K'Bow for issue PO.
- Follow up confirmation from supplier.
3. Warehouse.
- Working at WH. when K'Aem didn't working
- Key stock in-out in excel, check part with supplier when they deliver to us
- Wrote document for received part and send to QC incoming.
4. QC. Dept.
- Follow up with QC.for part that we need to send to SOR. for plating (every day)
- Follow up with QC.for part rework and send to SOR. for plating (every day)
5. Accounting
- Prepare invoice from every supplier to Accounting. (every 3 day)
And other duties as we assigned to her. So I think we should increase minimum salary for her from 14,000 baht to 16,000 baht. or as Mr.Caretti consideration. Because she had hard working and no OT.for support her (on our interview we told her will be have OT.)
I should therefore be much obliged if you would be so kind enough as to give her a rise in her salary as soon as possible.
