Phylogenetic tree based on the alignment of amino acid
sequences of the RNA1-encoded polyprotein of MMLRaV and other
viruses in the family Secoviridae (A) and the RNA2-encoded capsid
protein of nepoviruses (B). Multiple alignments were performed using
CLUSTAL X 1.83 [13]. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using the
NJ method in the program MEGA 3.1 [14]. Horizontal branch length
indicates 0.2 replacements per site. TBSV (tomato bushy stunt virus),
an unrelated virus, was selected as an outgroup. The virus abbreviations
