As the present study will measure job performance subjectively, through supervisory ratings, the definition of job performance, throughout, will refer to measurable behaviors and actions that employees engage in and contribute to that are expected to relate to an organization’s objectives, achieved or not. Objectives in sales work can be expected to relate to achievable sales targets and achievable budgets.
