Responds to, investigates and provides recommendations to resolve employee relations concerns reported
Documents all activity, advice, resolution and prepares investigative reports. Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding employee concerns.
Coaches and advises managers on Grifols employee relations best practices, policy, programs or processes and how to respond to workplace issues appropriately.
Ensures compliance of state and federal laws as well as company policy.
Educates and trains HR staff and front line management on Employee Relations policies and procedures.
Works with employment law team to respond to EEOC, DOL and other legal claims.
Responds to unemployment claims for all Grifols' companies.
Maintains federal and state compliance on all HR issues. Consults with HR staff and relevant company employees on all types of internal discrimination complaints.
Develops reports for submission to various regulatory agencies. Reviews HR training related to EEO considerations, various types of discrimination and/or sexual harassment, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
