in which the rolling resistance force (RRF) on a tire is measured
at a specified combination of speed (V), load (Fz) and
inflation pressure (P). The ISO 28580 test condition for a
standard (ST) load passenger car (PC) tire type is at 80 km/h
(50 mph), 80% of the maximum load capacity, and 210 kPa
