• Category Performance Report
• Cognos Planning Analyst
• Cognos Planning Contribute
• Data Warehouse Analysis
Continue to support Monitor, analyze, solve problems, make recommendations and assist in various aspects of the user operating system at the headquarters:
• Analysis of the problem (Incident) to Work around and find Permanence.
• Provide advice, consultation and coordination with the relevant authorities.
• Participating in meetings with team.
• To Query various information to Support problem solving.
• The data preparation according to the agreed with the relevant agency or customer to UAT.
• Summary of Report to Service such as time to Process the job, Incident Weekly-Monthly to Improve the system to Service.
Executed Project to support the system programs on the Headquarters:
• User Manual documentation
• Support Manual documentation
• Integrate Test documentation
• UAT clients or agencies involved in the program
• Training clients or agencies involved in the program
Information Request Service operation on the system headquarters:
• Query various information to the customer wants to use.
• Run a variety of information that customers need to apply.
• Editing program. In the section where the customer requests.
• Program Installation/Set up
