My sincere apologies on late reply of the email.
I was informed a representative from Eagle has called my HR team on explanation for the payment. I am putting this on hold for some time as the system is not functional as expected. We have tried to launch the system a few time this past month but there were some issues that followed.
Furthermore system implementation was done after the period of April in full form and since then we have been facing several disadvantages. I have no issued to signed this invoice but on commitment side, the system is not delivered as presented to us prior before I joined the property. If there is a due date or period that we can worked out and solved all this issued where the system is stable and my HR team are comfortable to run this application in full on operations wise, as representative I will have it signed.
Please delivered the commitment time, and we can close the issues we have at hand. I don’t feel it would be comfortable to run an application in long term if it will disturb our operation on HR side.
