Site management activities will start just after the project start.
Major activities are as follows;
-1 To call for Kick off meeting with subcontractors and suppliers.
-2 To organize various Coordination meetings.
-3 To make Coordination drawings and issue to contractors .
To make coordinated Builder’s Work Drawings for construction.
-4 To obtain Material approvals and Drawing approvals from designer and end-user.
-5 To monitor and keep the progress in accordance with the Master schedule.
-6 To ensure the Quality control to be as per required standards.
-7 To give related Information to all concerned parties.
-8 To organize proper Testing & Commissioning.
-9 To prepare Handing Over document.
-10 To organize end-user’s staff training and transfer the services operation to end-user.
There are tools and method for each activities and use of these established method will reduce the risk of failure and wastage of time.
