Payment
Pre-payment is required to reserve the package tours as the reserve booking in peak season and festive holidays. Thai Travel Info Service reserves the right to cancel the reservation should payments are not received within the above specified period, and all payments previously made will not be refunded under this circumstance.
Method of payment
1) Please contact to the seller to issue invoice for your payment.
2) Payment can be made through our payment system by credit card with visa card(verified by Visa) and Master (Master secure code) with additional service online payment. Please contact us if you
would like to settle your payment by online system, therefore we will create direct link to your e-mail.(service fee 3% online payment)
3) For oversea customer, the payment may arrange by wired transfer (T/T) direct to our company account:-

Cancellation & Responsible
* If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you, plus an amendment fee of $25 per revision per booking. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements. We will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such change(s) being made. You will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements.
