Responsibilities :
Prepare the development plan for the high potential or key position, report and analyze the progress of development plan.
Evaluate and provide the feedback to management about course feedback and follow up key training and development curriculum as well as provide its pay back measurement to relevant Business Units or Department Head.
Understand the talent needs of the business and develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders
Interacts with all departments on various aspects of project.
Provides innovative and successful academic leadership and vision in instruction and program development in property management.
Qualification :
Thai nationality, age 28-32 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related filed
At least 3-5 years experiences in Training & Development, Human Resources Development or Organization Development especially HRD tools
Ability to work multi-task and be able to work under high pressure.
Strong leadership, good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Very good command of English. (TOEIC 700 Up)
