9) Training results
(1) External company Training
① Employees who attended to the outside company training prepare training attendance report
within 5 days of the training, get approval from the CEO, and submit it to the relevant department.
② The department managing training analyses the training results and maintains training certificate,
materials and reports.
(2) Internal company Training
① A head of each department prepares reports about results of carried out training and
submits it to the department supervising training.
② The person in charge of training analyses the results of in-house training, reports the results to
the CEO, and maintains related documents such as a list of attendees.
10) Reporting
(1) An employee who carries out in-house training prepares a training results report, gets an approval
from a head of his/ her department, and submits it to the department supervising training.
(2) Employees who attended to the outside company training prepare training attendance report,
get an approval from a head of ones Dept, and submit it to the department superivsing training.
11) Organizing of results
(1)The department supervising training organizes training completion reports and statements of
reason for absence.
12) Transfer training
(1) When needed, carry out transfer training.
13) Organizing
(1) After carrying out of transfer training, the instructor submits the transfer training reports to the
department supervising training.
(2) A head of each Dept. makes a plan for re-training when the results of training aren't satisfying.
14) Follow-up management
(1) Qualification management is as in the following.

③ Internal auditor (QMS)
④ subcontractor Assessors
(2) Control of qualified personnel
①The management representative qualifies personnel with necessary training and education for
internal audit and controls those personnel by recording them in the qualified personnel list.
② The person in charge of Q.C qualifies personnel with inspection training and equipment measure
technique training and controls them by recording them in the qualified personnel list.
