If an employee answers “Yes” to any of Question Nos. 11 through 13, it would indicate a possible violation of Company Policy Statement No. 5 – Conflicts of Interest and you should consult with the attorney for your business unit or any member the Law Department. If an employee answered “Yes” to Question Nos. 11 through 13 and provided details regarding such conduct, contact the attorney within the Law Department that supports your business unit or contact the Integrity Helpline. You should email the details of your follow up with the employee to the Ethics Administrator.
