I'm not to bad today feel a lot better but its hard trying to look on the good side when you 

live on your own as its hard to get the day in with doing the same thing every day because

there is no one with me to do any thing,Yes i have my family but they have there own life's 

to lead and you can't keep going to them every day as its not fare on them.

So i try my best on carry on with my life.

I use to have a dog to take to the beach but sold him because he wasn't getting out much plus 

if i went away for a few days i couldn't get any one to look after him.

I use to have a fish tank many years ago but gave it up soon after for some reason i don't know

why maybe i got bored with them or the wife did..

So now there is just myself living with my memories.

Hope your son is a lot better and more careful on his bike.
