Badminton is the sport that I like the most. Badminton originated in India and then went on to China, Japan and Thailand. It is played with rackets and a shuttlecock. men’s games were played to 15 points and women's which was played up to 11 points. But I didn't play for the competition. I play for fun. though I am not somewhat good at it, I think it is fun and also It makes me healthier. The benefits of badminton a lot of things I'm a little example, Maybe you'll like it.
First ,It makes me healthier. Moreover, whenever feeling stressful, I always play it so as to relieve my stress. Some people may think that playing badminton makes players tired. Unlike them, I think it makes players feel energetic . This sport which is a fun exercise requires agility and arm strength It makes the body exercise.
Second ,The sport to meet new friends ,at playing a sport in order to make new friends, but not are so competitive. as long as you enjoy and the fellowship of friends quickly. And If you don't like to socialize. The sport will change your habit.
And it makes me fun, When I play, I feel relax. I feel back to childhood and play with friends. I can laugh out loud with friends without shame. And I don't have to worry about anything. When I feel worried or stressed. I'll play the sport to feel better.
There are many more sports fun and useful, but I like badminton. Because it is a sport played simple easy to understand and Makes me fresh, makes me healthier and good mental health. I think I can do it in my spare time. And I think there are a lot of people's favorite badminton, like me
