Terminologies
1. Red Wine -----Wine from red grapes & fermented with the skin & seeds.
2. White Wine-----Wine from white grapes, but generally from red grapes without the skin & seeds.
3. Sparkling wines-----Wines with carbon dioxide.
4. Still wines-----Wines without carbon dioxide.
5. Dry wines-----Wines in which all the sugars have been metabolized.
6. Sweet wines-----Wines in which some sugars are left after fermenation by the yeasts
7. Fortified wines-----Wines which contain added alcohol.
