Yes, I know, it's been a long time since I reply last time. I was away with the family and honestly I had no good news to give you, so I preferred to give a little more time, hopefully to get back to you with some good news, but still, I can't.
I won't lie, the situation is bad, really bad for Payadoo ... most of all because of PayPal. I received an email from their support couple of days ago informing me that they want to take more time to review our account as lately we received to much disputes on our member's transactions. Because of this disputes (thank you my dear members), PayPal decided to keep our account blocked as they told me that they are not exactly sure how our business works and why lately there are so many disputes opened. I've explained them even since beginning what type of business we have and I also explained them why there are so many disputes opened (that it is their fault actually) and still, they said they have to investigate each transaction and each dispute.
Basically they've decided to don't give a f*ck about what I told them, about the documents I've sent them and everything else. They didn't gave me any ETA so, right now I have no ETA for you as when PayPal can be back and our site to start working again as in past.
About other processors: I had to change the payment schedule days. Payments will be sent once at 7 days as we currently have not enough money in other processors to pay all the requests. Most of our money are on PayPal, as you probably saw from the screenshots with our Financial Statistics I've provided in the last announcement.
One more time: I don't want and I won't give up on Payadoo so easy, but we have to make something in order to keep it online. It's true, we won't succeed without PayPal and I won't give up on our PayPal account as there are lot of money there, you're money, and I simply don't want to let that money to PayPal for free.
I already went to the bank yesterday and asked for a new credit card so we can make a new PayPal account where we can add some funds and start paying again. This new account will also be registered on a business company. I'm discussing about the documents needed for this and still, I have no ETA for this.
For those suspended (because of their disputes) reading this: I don't understand how some of you, which earned like x5 more their investment still opened a dispute on their money. Honestly, I don't want you anymore as members here so you are free to stop even visiting this website.
To all others: I'm sorry guys, but this is over my league. I don't have myself enough money to pay as all the money are blocked in PayPal. Hopefully they will release our account around the time our new PayPal account will be ready, so we can simply move funds and be able to pay the ones still working fair with us.
