To save time both candidate and line manager, if possible we will arrange the interview together between HR and line manager with the candidates in the same round. In our practice, HR will prescreen the candidate’s resume or profiles before we send to line manager. Therefore, when hiring manager directly referred candidates to HR, in general, HR will assume that the hiring manager has initially prescreen the candidates that have some qualifications to fit to the role. However, HR still require to assess the candidate anyway to ensure that the rest of their qualifications suit to LMG. Both Line Manager and HR have to agree on finalize the shortlisted candidates together na kha.
