Essential Functions:
•Proactive candidate sourcing using a multitude of methods including internet sourcing tools, networking, and ad placements
•Interviews and screens applicants
• Travel to Universities and campus recruiting events
•Assists in managing the company's web-based applicant tracking system and serves as a source of information to internal customers
•Meet all departmental metrics (i.e. time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity, etc)
•Functions as a business partner with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process
•Works closely with HR Management to assure proper process flow and to meet internal customer expectations
•Assists with employment advertising campaigns and programs
•Helps coordinate college recruiting and other job fairs
•Participate in Medtronic wide task teams and initiatives
•Special projects as assigned
