Job Description / Responsibility:-
Kitchen Management
• To provide customers with high standards of Thai cuisine
• Effective management of national kitchen staff and all kitchen functions
• Control quality, preparation and presentation of food served in restaurants
• Ensure high standard of hygienic
• Advise management in upgrading of kitchen and restaurant
Requirements:-
Education
• Thai national, Age 25+
• High School or Technical equivalence
• Diploma / Certification in Thai cuisine
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
Experience
• Min. 2 years professional experience as a cook and/or sous-chef
• Experience in catering, working offshore experience will be an advantage
Other skills
• A creative approach to the production of high quality of food
• Able to decorate and create new style of food
• Driving licence
• Experience in preparing European food would be an additional advantage
