Food safety and quality of product are the top priorities at Camanchaca. For that reason, all facilities are equipped with the latest technology, and have fully integrated HACCP Plans certified by the National Fisheries Service of Chile (Sernapesca).
HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) is a United States FDA management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
