Coordinating with internal departments regarding the orientation of new employees focusing on the equipment used in the filling line.
• Coordinating and supporting the planning and driving of the Technical Academy programmes for newly employed engineers to develop required knowledge and skills to meet company standards and policies.
• Providing leadership in relation to the company's learning and development initiatives by putting together a strategy for ongoing development of talents.
• Conducting training programmes to enhance employees' skills and improve their abilities to work as a team.
• Establishing and promoting good relation events within the company, such as; Employee Activities and Happy Workplace Organization, etc.
• Working with the assigned Strategic Planner as a business partner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably in Human Resource Management, Political Science or any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Training and Development or Coordination
• Excellent interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
• Skill in Excel, Power point and is a must
• Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills and self motivated
