Whereas Right To Play operates as a Not for Profit Foundation in Thailand whose operations
are funded by specific donors who provide funds for specific Right To Play programs.
Whereas Right To Play has been offered program funding by DKSH Holding Limited, the
Alexander Charles Foundation, Canada Fund and some unrestricted funding (collectively,
the “Funder”) to operate a specific program known as the Life Skills Development Program in
Thailand for the period 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014 the (“Program Term”).
Whereas the Life Skills Development Program is a program whose main objective is to
provide and support child centered, life skills education for, and the holistic development
of, children and youth in Thailand through play and sport based learning activities in
selected schools, youth centers and surrounding communities and not for the purpose of
making profits.
