-Approaching potential new clients and presenting company’s services to ensure company’s goal.
-Plan, collect and summarize weekly and monthly reports e.g. sales pipeline, customer information report, sales reports, customer meeting reports.
-Develop sales and marketing strategy to support the company’s direction and target.
-Seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build sales.
-Build and manage a business development team.
-Ensure good understanding of customers’ requirements and current market information.
-Work closely with recruitment team in order to sell recruitment and outsourcing services to all types of businesses.
