As we have a long transaction more than 5 years, we have never found any shipments have more quality problem like these last 2 shipments before.
In the past, we sometime found gluten content drop in some shipments but it is during 35-36% which is acceptable for us.
Besides quality problem, we have noticed that all shipments of this year mostly shipped later than our agreed schedule without sending us any advanced shipping advice as well as delayed sending shipping documents.
