There are questions from your host and also from labour department regarding the overtime policy, as below list;
- Why host cannot do over time 1 hour (HR has instructed him that OT should be at least 2 hours)
- When they do 2 hours why they was deducted 30 minutes (I understand you would like to comply with the labour law
that they need to be given the rest time before do OT at least 20 minutes, in reality the OT always continue with normal working
hour without rest time as a wok flow. Can we find the win-win solution [they get paid according working hour, the hotel comply according to the law])
