It is very important that if shipment diversion is planned for a different country than the original, that you must check if the product is eligible to enter the new intended country. Please do this before raising any new correction order otherwise we will be at risk of not obtaining a new Health Certificate and/or cause major delays / D&Ds. You can approach the Product Eligibility Team (producteligibilityteam@fonterra.com) to confirm product/country eligibility. Please also inform your customers of this restriction if they initiate the request directly with the carriers; they may find themselves in a difficult situation.
