This Article have objective to study the guideline to defensibility the good people in the organization. To studying the information from the theory and the related research, it was found that the defensibility of the good people including 1) should provide the environment and facilities of appropriate work. 2) supervisors have the role to support and assigned the challenge to the good people. 3) planning progress in work professionally with the good people. 4) promote and develop knowledge and ability continuously with the good people. and 5) Welfare and motivate reward.
