In the first stage, clay is dug by a digger and placed on a gridded metal plate for pulverizing. Subsequently, sand and water are added to the pulverized clay to make a thoroughly mixture for moulding. Next, the mix is either put in wire cutter or in mould to cast the bricks. After moulding process, bricks are kept in a drying oven in an arranged form for 24 to 48 hours, and then transferred to a moderate kiln with temperature 200c to 980c. For evaporating the whole moisture of bricks, bricks are moved to the kiln with high temperature ranging from 870C to 1300C followed by a cooling process in the cooling chamber for 2-3 days. Bricks are packed after cooling and delivered to costumers.
