The key to your success is working with Anthony and myself to identify 3-4 key markets or applications to focus on.
Graco has a lot of products and you can't be an expert in everything, they take time to learn.
Keeping meeting with distributors and also meet with material suppliers and end user. The end use customer will help you understand the applications better. Once you know more about them you can show your distributors. By adding this value to your channel will build your credibility.
I think you are on boarding well. You asked some good questions and listen to answers given.
