IN YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Be responsible for the full spectrum of procurement process such as sourcing supplier, ordering, planning & coordinating in any procurement activities;
Development of vendors in a localization program and monitoring its progress;
Identify the potential vendors and establish the suitable relationship with vendors;
Conduct vendor selection and evaluation;
Perform forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance buyer-supplier power;
Perform price negotiation and cost-down activities;
Prepare and monitor of procurement budget;
Be involved in inventory planning and production planning;
Assist in the preparation of tenders and maintenance of legal documentation;
Ensure amount ordered meets the demand;
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
