What to prepare (for Khao SOI).
A brisk brisk chicken 3-4
3 cups coconut milk, tail
1/2 tbsp salt + 1 teaspoon
1 cup coconut head.
1 tbsp soy sauce white + 1/2 tbsp
Black soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
1 tsp sugar
Vegetable oil for frying
5th bale yellow noodles (for frying 1 PCs.)
Side dish: shredded pickled lemon slices, soy chili powder shredded shallots, fried in oil slices and coriander for decoration.
